We are a collective of women dedicated to developing leaders who are well-equipped to meet the extraordinary challenges of contemporary work and life, and whose actions arise from their “ground of being,” that profound source of authenticity, insight, and joy within every person. Through our own personal experiences in business, medicine, science, education and government, we’ve learned firsthand how the conventional masculine model of leadership can constrain and even undermine women leaders. Out of our own passions and necessities, we’ve developed the programs that we now deliver to men and women around
the world.
We aspire to live what we teach. We continually explore, learn, and grow, and infuse our programs with our latest discoveries. We hope to raise awareness of the unique needs and contributions of the feminine aspect of the human psyche—in both women and men. And we intend to create a growing community of women and men who, by developing themselves as leaders, can help us all face the extraordinary challenges of our present and our future.
