


Suzanne
is a leadership consultant and executive coach known for bringing wisdom,
integrity, generosity, and humor to her work with people undergoing change.
She has over 20 years’ experience as a leadership development and change
management consultant, public speaker, and executive coach for clients such
as Accenture, Boeing, Cisco Systems, Dow Chemical, General Motors, HP, IBM,
Intel, Microsoft, and Texaco. She has also led adventure-based leadership
courses in the wilderness, sailing, and skiing, and has held faculty positions
at university leadership programs in North America and Europe. Conversant
in both French and Italian, Suzanne has extensive experience working on large-scale
change efforts with multicultural companies. For over a decade, she has researched
the unique developmental challenges faced by women leaders who have outgrown
the traditional masculine model of leadership and seek an integrated approach
well matched for the challenges of today. When she’s not facilitating
change, Suzanne is savoring the timelessness of tides, wind, and eagles on

Susan Cannon, Ph.D., Chief Strategy Officer / Steward of the Field
of Possibilities
Susan is a scholar-practitioner and futurist supporting
transformative learning and change in human systems. She selects projects
with high leverage to influence the unfolding future along a more life-affirming,
integral trajectory. Her degrees include a B.S. in Engineering Physics,
an M.S. in Chemical Engineering, and a Ph.D. in Integral Studies. Susan
brings over 20 years’ experience as a corporate executive, international
consultant, and engineer, and in program development, teaching, and research.
She held corporate positions in the defense, semiconductor, and demolition
industries, was Associate Professor of Management at Antioch University
Seattle, and holds a US patent for SIPONT. Her programs for improving the
workplace and the environment received multiple state awards. Susan’s
work with global system transformation began during the Cold War as she
collaborated with Aeroflot in a charter flight exchange, operating Soviet
aircraft between Alaska and the militarily closed Soviet Far East. Her recent
work emphasizes leadership capacity building, particularly with women, as
a strategy for positive global systems change. Susan works with the Arlington
Institute, a futurist think tank in Washington D.C., and is on the international
faculty for everyONE-USA—Integral Africa, an emerging leadership development

N’Shama Sterling, M.A., Director of Business Women’s Integral Leadership Circle and Senior Faculty
N’Shama brings a wealth of experience and expertise
to organizational transformation. Her passion, helping groups and individuals
reflect on their patterns of behavior and thinking, maximizes personal and
group effectiveness. She approaches her work through investigating organizational
and individual behavioral patterns using systemic thinking and the Enneagram,
a personality typology. N’Shama recently retired from The Boeing Company
where she worked for over 10 years as a learning consultant. She fostered
organizational health by facilitating fundamental shifts in thinking and
behavior, raising the level of consciousness within the organization to
enable individuals and groups to create and realize the results they truly
desire. She has a particular aptitude for connecting disciplines to create
opportunities for new insights and discoveries, and is skilled in dance,
music, and vocal expression as an adjunct to learning. Her holistic approach,
wisdom, and intuition support others in deepening their own learning and

Deborah Kennedy M.A., Kore Faculty
Deborah
Kennedy is a corporate coach helping women to get in touch with their
authentic natures so they can source their actions in ways that provide
both personal and professional satisfaction. She is passionate about supporting
women to be successful in all areas of their lives, with the hope that such
work will result in changed corporate cultures and more cohesive families.
Deborah spent over fifteen years working in the high tech industry and she
understands the demands required of women in corporate America. In addition
to her corporate work, Deborah is an enthusiastic life long learner. She
is a certified coach and a Ph. D. student through Fielding Graduate University
and a member of the International Coach Federation. Deborah is also a single
parent to a teenage son and daughter. In her spare time, Deborah loves to

Julia Smith, M.D., Senior Adjunct Faculty
Julia
is an educator and coach in mind-body health, personal mastery, and well-being.
A former practicing internist with 20 years’ experience in primary
care, she is committed to helping people create fulfilling lives by developing
their own internal wisdom and authority. She was an early proponent of teaching
mind-body awareness to medical patients, leading her own patient groups
and advocating for group-based programs in Seattle healthcare institutions.
Her current work synthesizes a lifetime of exploration: study of the science
of the mind-body connection and the biology of cognition, training in ontological
and linguistic coaching, practice in meditation and the martial art of aikido,
and certification as a Master Somatic (body-centered) Coach. Through writing,
teaching, and coaching, Julia seeks to promote awareness of the body as
an untapped resource for healing and renewal, self-authorship, and transformation.

Sarah Keenan, Adjunct Faculty
Sarah Keenan is a gifted facilitator committed to unleashing the life force of women and supporting them to live to their full potential. She has a substantial professional background in helping others to lead creative, fulfilling lives—with experience in facilitating art therapy for children recovering from sexual abuse; guiding at-risk and homeless youth; supporting local and international microfinance for women; and facilitating programs for young women. Sarah is a graduate of Kore Leadership’s Women's Integral Leadership Circle, Women's Integral Leadership Advanced and Faculty in Training programs. Sarah brings her rich experience from these programs, along with her professional skills and training as an Integral Life Coach to her role as Kore faculty. In addition, Sarah is the co-steward of the Kore community, supporting the alumnae offerings as well as faculty wellness and development. Sarah has a deep appreciation for the natural world, which is woven through all that she does. She enjoys yoga, singing, playing guitar and gardening.
