Kore Leadership coaching consists of an initial two-hour individual assessment followed by 90-minute individual sessions every two weeks for at least six months. Between meetings, we encourage you to engage in fieldwork and customized leadership practices to help you integrate and apply the material in your sessions. Because our coaching is transformative, and because transformation takes time, we require an initial six-month commitment.
