Corporate leadership models today are often based on stereotypes associated with men. So-called masculine concerns such as reason, control, and results are valued more highly than so-called feminine concerns such as intuition, collaboration, and process.

Both men and women suffer from this narrow definition of leadership. With some capacities overdeveloped and others underdeveloped, male leaders are often left without adequate responses to the challenges they confront. Female leaders on the other hand, having mastered a leadership model that may not naturally suit them, often feel cut off from their deeper sources of strength.

Kore Leadership offers a variety of programs to help both men and women connect to their “ground of being” so that they can broaden their spectrum of leadership behaviors and respond effectively to the extraordinary demands of leading today. These programs, which have been successfully delivered within multinational corporations, range from one day workshops for both men and women to extended leadership programs tailored for women.
