The Journey
Our transformative journey of activating The Feminine Code™ begins with a five-day residential Opening Retreat—a rich and deeply engaging experience that establishes the WILO learning community and lays the groundwork for four months of individualized coaching and online learning with Circle members. We meet again during a mid-program weekend session at the Integral Loft in Seattle, and we conclude with a three-day residential Closing Retreat.
Residential retreats are held at Harmony Hill Retreat Center, which offers first-class, green-built accommodations, beautiful grounds, delicious wholesome food, and a sacred container for our transformative work.

Through wholehearted participation in WILO, graduates have discovered a newfound sense of their own value and worth. Deep practice and new learning gave them the courage to listen to their own inner intelligences and boldly self-author their lives. As a result, they experienced more personal and professional fulfillment, increased levels of performance, more balance between being and doing, and greater capacity to audaciously explore new and exciting directions in their communities and the world at large.
Program Tuition. The program tuition, including all materials, is $8,000 for self-sponsored participants or $9,500 for corporate-sponsored participants. There are additional fees for the two residential retreats. We have several flexible payment plans available to enable your participation. Upon program acceptance, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place in the WILO program.
